I’ve grown up going to the Yo Sushi in Vallejo. Our go to sushi spot, especially for their large platters for parties or events. They also sell ramen too. The owner Julie is so friendly! For appetizers I like to get spicy edamame or gyoza. I asked which rolls were popular and she recommended the Vallejo roll. Being from Vallejo, I couldn’t resist. It was pretty spicy, topped with jalapeños but soo good! Avocado, shrimp tempura, I think it was tuna but I devoured it all up. One of my friends got the bento box and it was huge, salad, protein, and another side. My other friend got a pork tonkatsu and I got to try it and it was delicious too. This location has kiosks you can order from and also at the table. The staff were super friendly too! Located in a shopping plaza, there’s plenty of parking and it could get pretty busy. Very modern inside, they also sell sake and other drinks too. Can’t wait to go back!

Prices were reasonable for the quality, and the overall ambiance made it ideal for both casual dinners and special occasions. We just stumbled on this place, and I'm so very glad we did. We enjoyed the sushi very much, and the staff were all VERY helpful. Clean restaurant, fast service. A very large menu, it took us a very long time to decide on which to try. The only negative thing I could say was that some of the rolls were too big, and they fell apart too easily. BUT we enjoyed them all. There were some very inventive rolls, not just the standard ones you see so often. We'll be back! We ordered Edamame, Deluxe California, Nut Tree, and Island. All were yummy.

I went by myself. It was really fun ordering food. I got home and ate it. It was really good I got a bento box with Salmon and my favorite spider rolls 👍🏽I brought my son-in-law back. It’s was wonderful, the food’s excellent, restaurant extremely clean. The restrooms are clean impeccable customer service when you enter and when you’re waiting on Very very, very polite.
I also met the owner. She was very very nice. I don’t remember her name.

Me and my girlfriend gave this place a chance after randomly craving sushi and boy were we not disappointed! The atmosphere was very laid back and nice to be in. The staff were super friendly and attentive. One of the servers Kenji made sure to check up on us whenever we looked lost and had questions. The wait time for the food wasn’t bad. We ordered a variety of dishes and each one was yummy with flavor!
Overall, I would recommend Yo Sushi to anyone out in the area craving sushi!

Great little sushi spot! The food was fresh and tasty, and the service was excellent. Mia, Emerald, Edwardo, and Braulio were so friendly and attentive. I liked having both a menu and a tablet for ordering since it was convenient and let me take my time deciding. The place was clean, quiet, and felt spacious even though it’s not very big. Overall, a really pleasant and relaxing experience and some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while.

My husband and I went for dinner. Service was excellent, and the server was extremely helpful and polite. My husband ordered a Sashimi dish, which came with a big delicious salad, and I ordered a bento box with salmon teriyaki and mixed tempura. It was all delicious. The salads were a mixed greens arugula salads and wonderful!
Great service and very delicious food. Very good prices too! I highly recommend.

We spent the evening celebrating my girlfriend’s soccer win and had a great experience from beginning to end. Her mother had a taste of the albacore and went from only one bite to demanding to finish the rest. My girlfriend and I love sushi and have been to several places and this turned out to be one of our top favorite places to come to. Excellent food and excellent service, I would recommend coming here!

From the atmosphere, to the customer service, to the food, I was impressed. I knew I wanted Crabmania and Dragon, but the recommendation for the jalapeno bombs were 🤌🏾. We've gotten so used to poor customer service, that when GOOD customer service happens, it amazes us! My person was great. Offered sauces while my food was being prepared, and even brought it out to me. I'm currently waiting to go tomorrow 🙃

First time in. Everything was incredible. So fresh, full of flavor and fairy priced. I loved the tuna crispy rice and the firecracker roll. Can’t wait to try more on the menu. Gavin was a great server and the rest of the staff was super friendly. We loved being able to eat a great meal while watching Thursday night football. The restaurant is also incredibly clean and service is quick.
We will for sure be coming back regularly.

The avocado maki had a deep flavor full of flavor, at its peak, and they made it irresistible. On the other hand, the dashi chicken ramen was prepared with very good quality chicken, well presented pieces with that perfect balance.

We came here as a last family dinner before I went off to college. The vibes were absolutely great with a clean interior, delicious and fresh food and such exceptional service. I especially shout out Gavin, Anna, and Mia for being so friendly and welcoming. My parents even said the black garlic ramen was the best they have ever had. 10/10!!!

We’ve followed Yo Sushi since their Fairfield days! The Vacaville location is a great one! Great atmosphere and food is always delicious. Service is really efficient and staff is so nice! They gave my 2 year old a sticker that made him happy 😊. Shout out to Gavin, Leah, and Ana! You all are wonderful! We’ll definitely be back!

Great experience from start to finish. Server walked us through the process of ordering at the table as well as letting us know they were quick to help with any questions. The sushi here is absolutely delicious! Trust me when I say this, I used to be a manager at a sushi corporation in Southern California. The fish quality is outstanding and the service was flawless for my experience. The staff accommodated my family and made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend this place.

Nice clean and fresh dining experience with a cool touch pad ordering system just like how it is in Japan! The Yo sashimi set is very well priced and super satisfying even including a rice bowl and a miso soup.
My boyfriend was unimpressed with the bento box because the chicken katsu served was small in portions compared to other places.

My family and I love Yo Sushi! We’ve been at least 5–6 times since they opened and it’s always amazing. The sushi is super fresh, service is quick, and the atmosphere is fun, clean, and welcoming. We’ve even had the privilege of a sake tasting a couple of times—that’s the cherry on top! Always a great experience every visit.
